At Adaclare, LLC, we are always working to improve how we serve our customers and support the products we build. As part of that effort, we are making an important update to our billing and account management systems.

Moving Away from WHMCS

We are transitioning away from WHMCS, our current third-party billing platform, and moving to a custom in-house billing system developed by our team. This change allows us greater flexibility, improved security, and tighter integration with our software products—ensuring a smoother experience for our customers going forward.

Account Migration Made Simple

Existing customers will be able to migrate their accounts from the old system to the new one with ease. During this migration, the following will be securely synchronized:

  • Account email address
  • Customer information
  • Active licenses and entitlements

This ensures continuity and eliminates the need to recreate or reconfigure your account from scratch.

Migration Process & Support

Once the new billing system is ready, customers will receive an email containing a secure link to begin the migration process. This process will involve signing in using your existing account on our current billing system and authorizing the transfer of your information to the new platform.

If anything goes wrong during migration, our support team is always available. You can reach us by phone or by opening a support ticket through the new billing system. In cases where automated migration is not successful, we are happy to manually import and transfer your account information to ensure nothing is lost.

Please note that payment information such as credit cards and PayPal accounts will not be transferred and will need to be re-added or recreated in the new billing system for security reasons.

Focus on Software Development

Over time, Adaclare has evolved. We are no longer offering web hosting or virtual server services. Our focus is now entirely on software development and custom software solutions. This shift allows us to dedicate our full attention to building, maintaining, and supporting high-quality software products for our customers.

Payment Options

The new billing system will support the following payment methods:

  • Credit Cards
  • PayPal

These options provide flexibility while maintaining secure and reliable transactions.
